Configuration > Point of Service > Devices

One device will be created for each POS License purchased by the district.

1. Name - search by device name

2. All Device Types - filter by device type (Terminal, Vending Machine)

3. Include Inactive - check to include inactivated devices

4. Reset - click to reset search parameters

5. Add New Device - click to add a new device
   

   1. Device Type - select device type (Terminal, Vending Machine)

   2. Name - enter device name

   3. Number - enter device number

   4. Building - select cafeteria

   5. Terminal Configuration - select terminal configuration

   6. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

   7. Save - click to save changes

6. Name - click to sort by name

7. Device Type - click to sort by device type

8. Number - click to sort by device number

9. Building Name - click to sort by cafeteria

10. Configuration Name - click to sort by terminal configuration or vending machine configuration name

11. Last Authenticated - click to sort by time since the last log in to the device

12. Active - click to sort by active status

13. Pencil - click to view/edit existing device details
    

    1. Device Type - notice device type (Terminal, Vending Machine)

    2. Name - enter device name

    3. Number - enter device number

    4. Building - select cafeteria

    5. Terminal Configuration - select terminal configuration

    6. Active - toggle active status

    7. Current Session Information - notice the current session information including IP Address, Processor, Resolution, and Version

    8. Clear Session - click to release the license for use on another device

    9. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

    10. Save - click to save changes
